·         Business Finance; If you are looking to secure financial assistance for your new venture you will need a detailed business plan, profit & loss forecast along with a cash flow model.  The better constructed and presented your plans are the better chance you have of securing the cash injection you need.

·         Insurance; An area often overlooked but it’s essential that new businesses understand the insurance required even if it’s a simple employers liability or public liability policy that’s required.
